I paid for two day shipping - they shipped it ground (7 days). Then the items I ordered were not shipped. Overall, nothing went right with this order.

Outstanding service. Products are high quality and perform as advertized. HTCpedia is my first choice for Thunderbolt needs.

Quick shipping and a great product.

I purchased what was supposed to be an extended battery for an Inspire...much to my surprise it did not last as long as the original.

No surprises, exactly as described, prompt shipping

Excellent service and speedy delivery. Order was shipped over long weekend yet it arrived on the first working day after that. Very impressed with the quality of the products and the large selection of items, most of which are unavailable in South Africa. Highly recommend to all HTC phone owners.

HTC will back there product. The only issue I had was it took weeks to get a response from C/S.
