I’ve been working with Andrew and the team for about 6 months, what a change this has made to my whole approach to training and nutrition. With a busy work life and often last-minute travel I’ve always found it difficult to get the balance right, however with the programme the team have really made it easy to follow a nutrition and training plan and quick to make changes for any last-minute travel plans to ensure that I’m able to stick as close to the plan as possible. I’m currently down about 7kgs and cant wait to see the final results, I haven’t felt this good physically and mentally in years. Anyone looking to make a positive change for your future health I cant recommend these guys enough.

James and team have been outstanding on putting together a daily/weekly plan for all things exercise, training and goal establishment. Feel like I have a solid partner in tracking my successes (and failures) and keeping me on track (or getting me back on track).

These guys are fantastic! They messaged me off of LinkedIn and I’ve been with them for two months now and everything is first rate and high end! These guys doing an amazing job essentially letting me do whatever diet you’re most comfortable with and a workout plan and keeping on top of you with some coaching. I’m already down 20 pounds in my first two months and I feel way better it’s good to have people there to work. Who knows what they’re doing. I highly recommend Andrew and his team Pavol has been amazing.

Andrew has developed a methodology to make anyone that has the discipline to follow a simple and easy customized plan very successful. Colin Hughes has been amazing to work with on a daily basis and has been an incredible resource. Highly recommended!

Andrew and James have guided, encouraged and educated me not on a weight loss program but on a lifestyle improvement plan. Their interaction is always available to you as a client. They are guiding me on a fitness plan quite specialized due to a lifetime of injuries. They have solutions and experience in all aspects of this journey. Sometimes they are nutrition experts, weight training professionals and a little bit psychologist. Great experience.
