Don, Thank you so much for the glowing review. We truly have enjoyed having you, Mrs. Callaway and your pup in our program. You always provide great feedback on our Zoom calls, and we enjoy getting the chance to talk with you. We are so happy to have been able to provide you with a new outlook on training that has helped you build an amazing relationship with your pup.

We are pleased to hear you found the program to be robust. Dogs and humans don’t speak the same language and dogs don’t instinctively fit into a human’s world. So training can definitely be time consuming! That’s why we break up the course into more than 50 short videos of training games you can play with your dog. Many of the students in our online course have found that video recording their training session is an excellent way for them to improve their canine communication skills and evaluate their own sessions. When submitted for feedback, our trainers can give even more suggestions on how to improve on the work. In the end we want you to be successful with your dog when a trainer is not present, which is why we feel like an online training program is the best way to learn how to train your dog. If you find that you could use more help and would like some suggestions on how to improve your training, you are welcome to join us at the PRO level where you can take advantage of this additional support at any time!

Susan, we are so happy to hear you enjoyed the program, especially the Zoom calls. Remember from the Zoom call chats, if pulling is still occurring while in the neighborhood, we need to hold off on them and instead go on decompression walks while you dial back down and work back at home on short leash skills. Be sure to give your guests the visitors instructions from within the BONUS section so they can best help you and your pup with training. We wish you and your puppy all the best!!

Janine! Thank you so much for your kind words about our program. We are so happy you enjoyed the course and were able to apply the training techniques to both Wayne and Clyde. We love that you were able to use the program on your phones so that you could watch it anytime, and both you and your husband were able to stay consistent with the training. Consistency is such a huge part of training. We wish you and your pups all the best!
