I have been a Howard customer for several years and always experienced the best in customer service. I dropped out of the transfer market for more than a year. Recently, an good customer asked me to handle a large order. We experience issues with the transfer sticking to 100% cotton shirts. The assistance provided by everyone at Howard's was beyond remarkable. The efforts and customer service provided to correct what was a simple problem, once identified, exceeds anything I have ever experienced. Good people and attitudes to deal with insures I will be Howard customer until I quit for good.
