first time order and they worked great

Customer service was GREAT from start to finish! I was on the fence on ordering because this is new to me and I want quality for my customers. Not only is the product quality the CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE BEST. From my sales rep TO THE OWNER CALLING ME TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS OK. As long as I need heat transfers Howard’s is who I will use. I was sold when I received a voicemail from the owner following up! Thanks for making me as a customer feel valued and the ordering process oainless and easy!

I am extremely impressed with the service and products I received from Howard Custom Transfers. As I am sure there are others out there considering it, I am absolutely brand new to all of this. First time using a heat press, first time making a vector design, first time using transfers. With it being my first time, I am still new to creating vectored images. I was extremely impressed with the customer service when placing my first order. I sent in what I thought was vector files, but it needed some corrections. Instead of telling me it would be more money to print them, Quinton told me what I could change to get my files the way they needed to me. After about 3 or 4 attempt, I figured it out. Each staff member was polite and incredibly helpful. The product itself is great quality and I couldn't be happier with the experience overall.

They were so responsive to my questions and they had a super quick turnaround. Will order again for any future needs.

Such a wonderful company to work with! From start to finish the customer service was extremely helpful! They even helped me by suggesting a more cost effective way of ordering. The 2 color screens pressed extremely well on my tshirts and sweatshirts. Very very happy and will definitely use Howard Transfers in the future!
