We're sorry that you were disappointed. I see that we cancelled your order with your agreement - as we informed you before you purchased, some areas necessitate additional engineering or other requirements, which stock plans can't provide. Pre-drawn blueprints still represent significant savings in most cases. All the best with your future build, and please let us know if you need anything.

Hi Todd, we hear you and are sorry that you're disappointed. Pre-drawn plans do often require local engineering and/or review, simply because there's so much variation from place to place. Even given that, it's usually still a better deal to get a stock plan and then have it modified (whether through our service or locally).

Hi Ray, we apologize that this plan didn't have a piece that was listed in the description (cabinet elevations). We've reached out and issued you a partial refund. Again, we're sorry about it and hope that you enjoy the plan and have a great build.

Hi Al, thanks for the feedback. We looked into your order and you were advised before purchasing that interior elevations are not available for this plan, and you decided to go ahead with buying the plan. We also took a look at the PDF and are not seeing issues with readability (especially when printed to scale). That said, we certainly want you to be happy with your purchase, so please give us a call if you’d like to walk through the PDF together.

Hi Bill, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. We're sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations. As we explain in our FAQs, every county and location is different, and some areas may require you to obtain engineering, a professional stamp, or other items. That said, we'd definitely like to hear more about what was missing from the plan. Please call us at 1-800-913-2350 so that we can learn more.
