Thanks Andrew
I like the fact that I am in control of my listings and payments. It saves my guests hundreds of dollars in booking fees. As a new user, I struggle on what I need to do when I get an inquiry and how to direct my guests to complete the booking. While things are changing for the better, sometimes new things appear when my guests book and I am unaware of what they are for.

This place is remarkable. All parties were impressed and pleased with the accommodations and the amenities. We all hope to stay again at least once a year! Beautiful views and a great set-up for family and friends to enjoy.

Houfy allows us to cut out Airbnb's expensive service fees. This allows us to pass on that savings to our guests making us more competitive in an already competitive market. We love Houfy.

Still figuring things out. I had 2 notifications sent to a guest and he was upset that he did not receive a confirmation that payment was received. I wasn't sure if that was my responsibility or if something would come from STRIPE or Houfy. I sent him additional screenshots to confirm.

Hi Kristal, Thank you for your positive review and feedback. We’ve looked into your case to understand what happened. It appears that the initial payment was made through Stripe and Houfy, which generated a confirmation email of first payment to your guest. However, since the second payment was requested through a custom payment outside of Houfy and you did not mark the reservation as confirmed, our system proceeded to send the procedural emails for the second payment. We apologize for any confusion this may have caused and appreciate your understanding as you navigate these features. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, we're here to help!
Easy to use!
