HotelReservations.comReviews of hotelreservations.com

Booking on hotelreservations.com is easy. I entered my destination and found several hotels at rates better then the competition. I was booked in minutes. I will use hotelreservations.com again in the future!

This is such a beautiful hotel and location. It has all the upgrades you can imagine. The natural environment is gorgeous....You can see dolphins jumping up to say hello to you. I just love it.

I as on the Holiday INN site and went to book a room, I did not know it switched me over to your site. When I submitted my first request, I got a server error from your site. It had me re-book my stay, which went well, no issues. When I arrived at the hotel, they informed me that I had 2 rooms book and my card was charged for both. I had to call customer support to cancel (your policy states no refunds with cancels) and try to explain what happened to your customer support rep. It took 3-4 times to explain what happened. I THINK I dod get a credit back on my card. I was told I would get an email indicating this and a refund in 3-7 days. I have yet to see an email and doubt I will get my money back without contesting it with my CC company

I enjoyed my stay here. the location was close to where I wanted to go. Overall this is a great hotel.

Go job by agent. Reservation was handled professionally and at the advertised price.

The gentleman was very knowledgeable and did a good job of acquiring the right rooms for the right night.
