We booked a room 2 days before we would arrive there. Within hours of booking it we had to cancel it. They would only refund 50%. We called the hotel and they couldn't believe it, they said that wasn't their policy

Thanks for your feedback, Duane. Our site clearly outlines the cancellation policy prior to booking so there are no surprises. So sorry your plans seems to have changed. We are bound by our agreements with properties, and they may have different policies. But internet-only rates are generally non-refundable regardless if booked through an online agent or the hotel directly. If you require any assistance, please email [email protected]. nice room, but had cold water to shower. over all a nice place and friendly people.

The registration part was routine and went quickly but the cancellation policy is a bit harsh.

Made a reservation on line for what seemed to be a cheaper room rate at $115.00 plus taxes versus $130.00 by booking directly with the hotel. Turns out when all taxes and fees are accounted for your booking total was $154.00 versus $145.00 by booking directly with the hotel. Futhermore a direct hotel reservation can be cancelled and hotel reservation cannot. Will not be booking with Hotel Reservation again.

Thanks for your feedback, David. Sorry for your experience. We do show a total price including any taxes & fees prior to your purchase to allow for comparison shopping. Nothing is added after the purchase is made. Also, most internet-only rates require pre-payment and are non-refundable whether purchased from an online agent or the hotel directly. Safe travels to you. HotelReservations.com TEAM
My wife and i have worked so hard for so long and we just decided to get away for at least one night! Mike Elazondo(Spelling?) was so Patient and kind. We had not stayed in a Hotel for the fun of it for a long, long time. The man was so informed and eager to help in any way i needed Him.We are so excited to get away and looking forward to seeing all the sights and have great food.If it's half as good as they made me think it was,it will be a couple of days to remember for a long, long time.

Easy to make a reservation; the hotel was as I expected . . . maybe even more so! The room was very nice; the comfort level was great; and the bed gave us a great night's sleep. No hassles -- no problems.
