I ordered a reseller plan from this company, but I am very disappointed with the quality of their services, incomplete WHM options, lack of features compared to what is displayed in their website. I asked for a refund but thy refuse this refund after just10 hours of payment for the order. I contacted their online support but no response. I do not recommend their services

Host4Geeks is not a reputable company to deal with. After consulting with H4G, I decided on a package based on the available information. I realized almost immediately after paying for and activating the package that the service was not as described, and would not work. I immediately requested a cancelation and a refund. Here it is almost one year later and I still have not received a refund. Very poor business practices.

Super dodgy. Look at the review dates. They are all less than 1 day apart. 100% guaranteed that they bought reviews. Hosting performance was terrible and kept going up and down. Support was terrible and you had to literally keep asking for a answer. I love seeing a Indian company as a fellow Indian but you're doing a lot of things wrong. The company is operating out of Indian with a fake American address and virtual phone number as well. Which is completely fine, but be aware of the deception. Also they provide NO REFUNDS whatsoever. And actually read the TOS. they don't provide backups for the customer and they will never restore it or take blame. So literally no sla.

Tried them for almost a ayear, my pc broke and had to send off to dell. Meanwhile my renewel didnt go through and they deleted my account. Thats fine, however kept getting emails saying to pay, pay, pay and with a fee. Once i payed, no info was given. Took 3 weeks to get it set up. So i paid for no reason, told them to downgrade it and start a new payment date. One week later already asking for another payment! Wont refund anything, wont listen to customers. Ince they reply once, they never view it again, and ticket gets closed! Garbage service!

Submitted a Cancellation Request due to not having a need for the service anymore. 2 weeks later, I am still charged and they said that I never canceled it after I followed their cancellation policy. This is some BS and my money has been stolen.

They have an indian subsidiary which is providing very poor quality service, so avoid that at all costs. They do not pay government taxes due to which customers cannot get GST credit, they raise prices ad hoc without sufficient notice to the customers. Also they claim that a customer is not allowed a right to take backup of their data (even on their own) they cannot backup their data through cpanel automated backup services. The backup service included in cpanel acronis does not work (or maybe they deliberately ensure that it does not work) and they then ask you to pay for generating a backup, which is outright loot, blackmail and cheating. If there is an issue in your server/software how can you charge the customer. Would request the US company to check if they have appointed amateurs at their Indian subsidiary who blackmail, cheat not only the customer but even the government by not paying due taxes.

My site was not running properly, I cancelled my service on 1st of Jan and migrated but as invoice for service was issued on 31st for service for 1st to 31st they took a full months money despite being a customer for 3 years, do not trust them. They also took payment via paypal which I had not authorized. I had only ever done a one off payment via Paypal, I never setup a subscription, yet they were able to take money from me. Do not TRUST!

I live in Germany. I use my PayPal account for payment for my friend. I never allowed Host4geeks for automatic payment. This cheap company has charged me automatically, that i didn’t like. So i contacted PayPal service to stop automatic payment for them. Host4geeks has deleted my friend Hosting account instantly without giving his backup. My friend business lost thousands of dollars. Host4geeks is not reliable. I recommend to buy through another reliable hosting company. Never Ever Host4Geeks.
