I have been expiriencing Nameserver resolutions problem for a while now, Mr. Vishal R has been most helpful to this end. Now my DNS works properly. I would recommend the company HostGeeks to anyone seeking Hosting Services.

Problem resolved in around 20~30mins online chatting. I remember I had been chatting with Vikas couple of times and he never disappointed me from the technical end. Vikas was great but over all only 4 stars I had given out. Because of my WHM back end lost(or say disabled) some administration features (e.g. add on domain features in creating the package, force change the password at WHM end) so I will have request the Host$Geeks techs to do something at the server end in order to see the features back. Don't know if there is anything else still missing. But overall. I am still happy with what I have paid. :-)

Needed help with php version control, instead of doing it for me he showed me a cool way off editing my htaccess file to assist with this.

Great prices, responsive support and my wordpress site seems to be loading much faster than when I was with GD. So far so good and I hope it stays that way!

I highly recommend Host4Geeks, my experience with them has been very pleasant. I have Reseller Web Hosting from them, paying 20.95$ for Unlimited 100 cPanel accounts, with a Dedicated IP. + Overall server speed + Pricing + Features (Free WHMCS, CloudLinux, LiteSpeed & many cPanel addons are an outstanding deal for this price) + Support quality (never had an issue which couldn't be resolved) - Support speed - Occasional outages (still above 99.9% uptime) & cPanel PHPMyAdmin speed I'm very glad I found H4G and I'm not looking to move away!

Spoke to Harshal today about DNS zones, I accidentally set to something wrong and was worried that I broke the site. Harshal helped me check if I fixed the issue correctly. Response time via live chat was good.
