Great customer service! Very happy with how it is working

The only reason for not giving a 5 stars is because I am waiting for an app and notifications when we receive messages on the phones. So far my experience with Smartbnb has been beyond my expectations. Great custtomer service, great price, easy to use and helped me get more visibility and more bookings on Airbnb! Can't wait to use the new features as the app evolve. Thank you Samrtbnb you made my life easier!

This automated communication service works great... if you only use AirBnb. I hope that they will be adding other options such as Homeaway and Booking.com soon. For what it is, it is great. Smartbnb has also helped me dial in my pricing as well.

All in all nice solid products. Fast updates of messages, cool features like stealth mode, nice auto reply templates. Fair Pricing. Still the product lacks some simple basics. Like airbnb price updates and management of reviews.

The best integration, messaging and automation software system for Airbnb hands down. Congratulations to Pierre (the founder) for such a successful development. I've been a Superhost on Airbnb for over five years, I've searched through a lot of other systems to help manage occupants and I've tried several. The other systems are either too expensive, don't provide the right level of communication or are too buggy. Smartbnb has built a powerful tool that works extremely well and saves us so much time while allowing us to maintain high quality communication with our occupants. The user experience is the best I've seen in the industry. Software companies like this need to be applauded. Well done Pierre! I highly recommend Smartbnb!
