We’re sorry to hear that your experience with Horseplay has been frustrating, Davealynn. We understand how concerning it can be when a credit purchase takes longer than expected or when withdrawal options don’t work the way you anticipated. We also want to clarify that Horseplay does not interfere with gameplay based on a player’s credit balance, deposits, or account activity. Our games are powered by live horse racing results, and outcomes are not adjusted based on how much a player spends or how often they play. Payment and withdrawal requirements are in place as part of our processes, but we understand that they can sometimes be frustrating when you’re trying to access your funds. We’d really like the opportunity to look into the specific issues you experienced, especially regarding the delayed credit purchase and withdrawal concerns. Our Player Experience team is available 24/7, so please reach out to us at [email protected] and we’ll be happy to review this with you and provide clarification.

Hi Coco, thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear Horseplay didn’t meet your expectations. Horseplay works differently from traditional online casinos, with outcomes tied to real, live horse racing results. We understand that this can result in a different gameplay experience and that our credit and account requirements may sometimes be frustrating. If you experienced a specific restriction or have questions about your account, our Player Experience team is available 24/7 at [email protected] and would be happy to help.
