I deposited 10 dollars then it said I had no funds to play though it showed the 10 mins you they have the promo deposit 10 they double that which did not happen it showed it was took from my bank though both times I deposited the 10 for a total of 20 so I did a withdrawal so hopefully that money will be put back into my bank account and I no longer will be using this site if the money does not appear back in my account I will be highly frustrated because I work hard for my money and I barely spend it on me so this is rare for me to even do.

Slot Play:
You will notice a lot of Sweep Stake slots here, but these slots are programed differently and do behave differently, your money is not going towards a normal RNG Slot system, your money is being placed on Horse Races, and the Slot is used to reveal your results. So yes, the slots do behave differently than what you might be used too from standard RNG casino slot play that's just rolling dice in the background. When you buy a Pack of Credits, your Pack is divided among a few Horse Races, sometimes it picks them at random for you and you can play right away, and sometimes, you can pick the Races yourself, tho I'm not really sure how to get that window to pop up, it only popped up twice for me when I selected to buy another pack of credits, where it showed me the actual horses, the bet amount, and I could change them if I didn't like them, and then you have to wait about 15-30min for the race to complete, and then your credits will be ready.
Customer Service:
Im happy to state that Customer service was very kind and polite during the 2 different times and different representatives I spoke with and I was very impressed with the professionalism, and Kindness, and Caring from both of them. They talk to you on a person-to-person level with feelings and not like some money bags customer or number, and they did not rush the conversation to try to meet time quotas. You feel truly appreciated when working with customer support here and that these days, gets a big A+.
Warning to Sweepstakes players:

They claimed to not have received money…
They claimed to not have received money I deposited in my horseplay account. I have emailed them with screenshot proof the money was taken from my account and processed, not pending. They closed my account so the money I deposited is just gone. They kept it.

After I deposited money it was taken from my account. As I was playing a game I was kicked out of Horseplay.com and it wouldn’t allow me to sign back in. I contacted and they said the money was never taken from my account so my account is frozen. I sent screen shots of the money deducted from my account and they said that wasn’t good enough basically. Wtf . I played here many times . Stay the hell away from this scammer site.

I recorded a video of winning a triple pop bonus, and did not get paid what was displayed in the bonus. I sent them the video and it seems they weren’t even paying attention or understood how the bonus pays out. I spent thousands of dollars here and will not be playing anymore. A few months back I dropped a coin that said 2k, which I thought I won $2000 but then it changed to $1. I thought it was to good to be true any ways so I let it go. After getting ripped off with this last bonus, they probably did change the amount. I’ve won money on here, but it’s not a 100% honest site. Kinda feels like a scam now!

This platform is the absolute worst. The system looks up all the time. They interfere with your game with low credit alert...then you add money to play and it can take hrs to show up...then if you have 2 cards on file they can only send withdrawal to most used...ridiculous...then only allow 1 card...I l9ve 1 game but honestly this is just a terrible website....you can spend 500 a week and get 5 bucks back in free play...dont use their platform...
