Initial thoughts is that Horow makes a good product and with so many expensive smart toilets out there this X70 is not a bad option.

Dear T20Y Service Department, I recently experienced a flushing issue with my T20Y smart toilet and contacted your service department for assistance. Aliah was assigned to my case and provided me with a detailed, step-by-step troubleshooting process by email. After going through the troubleshooting steps, Aliah was able to determine that the pulse valve was faulty. He then provided me with a link to purchase a replacement pulse valve with a 20% discount. I replaced the pulse valve, and the toilet is now working properly. I am very happy and impressed with the level of customer service I received. Aliah was patient, knowledgeable, and very helpful throughout the entire process. I especially appreciate that he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue remotely through email without requiring an in-person service visit. I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Aliah and the T20Y service team for their excellent support. It is great to see a company stand behind its product and provide such responsive customer service. Thank you again for your assistance. I am very satisfied with my T20Y smart toilet and the support I received. Best regards, Sroy Khou

Needed a lid for Harrow Toilet, with hole in it. Customer service folks considered my request are sending me the needed parts, at no charge, as it took them some time to quote and thus they considered as an inconvenience and made it up with their kind gesture. Very satisfied with the service.

It’s an awesome toilet with great look and functionality. Longevity is unknown yet but so far couldn’t be happier and great customer service as well. I have ordered two toilets from Horow and two from others and I highly recommend Horow.
