It is terrible that there is not live support no matter what level membership you have. I've been trying to make a purchase through their easy pay option and I cannot get the issue resolved. This place makes Arrma look bad.

I own losi 1/5 rc's. They break if you are having fun. Parts in two days. You can't beat it. I am very very happy with Horizon parts and shipping. The best!

I have spent alot of money on there cars, I contacted them twice with a question and they never even bothered to get back to me......awful customer service.

Horrible customer service bought some $80 ran for about 10 min one fell off oh and they were on rims pre glued I get a email that says tires r supposed to fail ya I know but more then ten min come on people guess that's why they have a 2 stars

Horizon hobby is an absolute joke. Brand new pro boat river jet. Radio junk, servo junk, ESC junk, servo horn junk, bellows put in backwards, no grease what so ever on main shaft, roll cage glued in wrong, and the list goes on. Had to take apart the entire boat and fix everything. Never ran before. It’s winter so no way to test or run boat. “ horizon “ says send it back. WHY. You couldn’t build it right the first time. 40 plus years in the hobby. And this is the worst I’ve seen. They bought out every other company just to make crap. And you wonder why people love Traxxas. They don’t make excuses. You have a problem they send you a replacement. Horizon says. Spend more money for us to say it’s your fault. Pay to get it back. Selling anything that has to do with Horizon and buying ALL TRAXXAS. Never had to take apart in full a brand new Rc to fix all there mistakes. And then them tell me. Spend more money and maybe we will help you out. I own Axial, Arrma, proboat, team associates and losi and other CRAP horizon stuff. DONE………. HORIZON CAN GO UNDER…….TRAXXAS IS WHERE MY MONEY WILL BE GOING….. don’t buy crap Go with a company that stands behind there product. Read reviews. Horizon sucks

I bought real flight 9 5 when I tried to install it I got a message saying I need to contact tech support. Well I have contacted them several times and have not heard back. It's been 5 days

I recenly purchased a 120 SR helicopter from this company and it was missing a small part. When I contacted customer service, the agent named Wes refused to send the part stating I got the model at such a good price I should just go ahead an order it. How is that for customer service? Wow. In this day and age.

If I could leave a negative review I would. First off..shame on any hobby store that carries this product. Now..I bought my son a gen 2 temper on December 26th 2021 and half hour into use the servo stops working along with led lights. When you call horizon customer service it hangs up on you after saying "visit our website for virtual chat" there's no virtual chat unless you count the automated awnsering which says you'll get a email back. (Been 2 days now no email) meanwhile my sons best Christmas gift has turned him and myself sour. Horizon will NEVER see my money again
