This company is the absolute worst
This company is the absolute worst. I switched my homeowners and car insurance. Last month and saved 60%. I also had an investment 403b with them. They were charging me and exorbitant management fee in addition to buy ins for every addition to the account. I have been trying to get my 403b switched from them to a different company within my APPROVED network for 2 months. They not only refuse to send my money to where I want it, but they are also keep sending me around to people who have no idea what they're talking about and every time the person requests it, they deny me saying things like, ohh, we need an acceptance letter from your company, or we need this or you filled out that form wrong. It almost seems like they wanna make it so difficult that you just give up. So they can keep your money in their account. I would never recommend anybody to go with this company. Unless you want a severe headache with everything you do and you have lots of spare time to spend on the phone getting transferred around or just outright ignored. When I first started with them, the customer service was great (10years ago)and it has steadily gone downhill over the years now. You're nothing but a number. They do not return your calls. They do not handle things properly in a timely manner. Avoid horace man like the plague.
