I gave Horace Mann a high rating because their service has been consistently excellent and reliable. The insurance they provide makes me feel valued as a customer and secure in my coverage. Their prices are fair, and I appreciate that the company is Black‑owned and professional in every interaction. When I mentioned professionalism, they proved it by calling me back promptly and following through. My representative even checks on me, showing genuine care and concern beyond the transaction. I truly feel blessed to be chosen to be with Horace Mann Insurance.
