Damien, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review. It truly means a lot to me. One of the things I wanted to build with HOOT HRT was a practice where people feel like they're being cared for by another human being and not just pushed through a system or handed a prescription. Hearing that you've experienced both the personal side of our care and the structured, evidence-based approach is exactly what we strive for. This type of patient care isn't about chasing numbers on a lab report. It's about understanding your goals, listening to your concerns, educating you along the way, and building a plan that's tailored specifically to you. Every patient responds differently, and that's why we take the time to create an individualized approach rather than a one-size-fits-all protocol. I'm grateful you trusted me with your care, and I'm excited to continue working together as we optimize both your mental and physical well-being. Thank you again for your confidence in HOOT HRT and for sharing your experience with others. Joe Hamm, PA-C Founder, HOOT HRT

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this review. It honestly means a lot to me Rich. Coming from another PA, I know you understand the responsibility that comes with taking care of people. Dr. Cash and I built HOOT HRT because we wanted patients to have the kind of care we would want for ourselves and our own families! I truly appreciate your trust in us and your support of what we're building. Thank you for allowing us to be part of your health journey. We look forward to taking great care of you for years to come.

Eric, thank you for this, it means a lot, especially coming from you. Being with us since the beginning and sticking with the process has been a privilege to be part of. Seeing you tackle those labs head on and put in the work to lose 80+ lbs is YOUR accomplishment; I just got to help guide the plan. That kind of consistency and follow-through is rare, and it's exactly why you're getting the results you are. Here's to keeping that momentum going. Grateful to have you as part of the Hoot HRT family. Joe

Theodore, this one hits different coming from a fellow PA, you know exactly what good HRT management should look like, and you've seen it done differently elsewhere. That makes this feedback mean a lot. Building something seamless and accessible was the whole point when Dr. Cash and I started HOOT HRT, so hearing that it's actually translating to a better experience for you and real results, mood, weight, your marriage is exactly why we do this. Proud to have you as a patient, and honored you trust us with your care given your own background in the field. Here's to keeping the progress going. Joe
