The lipstick was not a good match for me and I requested a refund. It's been over 3 weeks and all I get are automated email responses saying they are definitely looking into it. I have a feeling I'll l never see my refund. Shady company. Stay away.

This lipstick is super moisturizing and I typically need a daily lip mask to keep my lips moist due to my severe eczema. The color is beautiful for my skin tone and I highly recommend!
