Having been through the accutane process with my older children (lots of appointments, lots of expense), this has been so so great. It's easy and less expensive (I'm self employed without health insurance).

This has been a terrible experience!! They lure you in with a small upfront fee and then add on add on and add on. What was supposed to be $64 ended up over $300 and has taken almost a month and I STILL don’t have the prescriptions. Stay away from this place!!!!!

Oh no, it seems something has gone wrong here! No Honeydew patient need pay more than $64/month for our unlimited care service, and because of our negotiated lab and medication partnerships, hardly any patients pay much more than that for lab testing and medicine. Please reach out to your care team and let them know that cost has become an issue. They can work with you to apply insurance to medication prices, find you other coverage options if you don't have insurance, and if needed, find you affordable cash pricing for lab tests. Patients come to Honeydew because we've built care model that's truly affordable. If that's not your experience, let us know so we can help get it right.

100% recommend this company! The service was top notch! If I had a question it was immediately addressed. They were compassionate and listened to my concerns. After 37 years of struggling with cystic acne I was finally completely clear after 6 months with amazing follow up care. With insurance my medications only cost $10 a month. Visits were $39 plus $25 for accutane treatment not $300! You can pay $299 not including accutane for the year if you prefer. Don’t let other reviews mislead you on that. Initial consultation was easily and quickly scheduled compared to waiting months to get into a local dermatologist in my area that never listened to anything I had to say. Honeydew providers and other employees were the kindest people and truly care. I also signed my son up after my experience. His provider was not the same one as mine and she was just as amazing! I can’t thank these individuals enough!

Run! Find another company to help you with this, I promise you’ll be better in the long run. I’ve had the WORST experience. I’ve went thru 2 care coordinators. Neither know anything. I’m having to tell them what the doctor said, when they could just scroll up in the chat and see clearly what the doctor said. You’ll get accutane, you may not have to go in a traditional dr office as often… but the time you’re saving I promise you’ll spend fighting them in chat or calling customer service cause you just want to fight with a human.
