I think the communication and responsiveness is absolutely fantastic , it beats in person by far . Sometimes tho I wish they could see my face in person or on video regularly to see if it is going how it should, but other than that just hoping this works for me

PLEASE SEE THE EDIT FOR FOLLOW-UP. I am trying to obtain my first prescription and I am quite irritated with this service. I have spent quite a bit of time and money getting the appropriate testing done and paying the fees for this service. My question is: what incentivizes Honeydew's providers to provide timely service? Nothing, evidently, but they will happily take your money! I will have paid 3 monthly fees ($192!) on top of $100 for testing BEFORE EVEN OBTAINING MY FIRST PRESCRIPTION because my provider is not responsive to my care team and the ipledge lockout window extends the wait even further. This supposedly easy service has been nothing but a hassle and a money vacuum and, once again, I haven't even received my first prescription. What gives? Edit: Honeydew reached out to me and promptly switched providers to someone who is more responsive and I was finally able to obtain my first prescription. Wonderful service on the part of the larger company and my care team (shoutout to my care team coordinator Brenna!), but please take note of the fact that the provider you get will either make or break your experience with this company.

So far so good, they keep me on track, very responsive.

I was a bit apprehensive to try honeydew for my oldest daughter but I didn’t have anywhere to turn to as getting referral from her primary and seeing a dermatologist thru our insurance would had taken a long time. I couldn’t wait as new acne keeps popping up each day. I was delighted to be able to get same day appt to see a dermotogist for her and able to get prescription in 2-3 days. My daughter’s treatment helped clear up a skin prior to her going to prom. It was so joyful and refreshing to see my daughter worrying about her clothes, hair n prom stuff instead of the acne on her face. I saw how seamless it was that within a couple of days, I enrolled my 2nd daughter on honeydew care journey. We are hoping she will get similar result soon. We can’t thank you enough for making this available to teen who suffers from acne. And so grateful that the prescription med helped and we could obtain the meds at our local pharmacy.

Really amazing care and customer service. They make it very easy for you to get you medication and do monthly check ins to make sure you’re on the right path for your skin!

Process was easy, loved how care coordinator was sweet, always accessible and helpful throughout the process. I would have liked the provider to be more personalized. However, I must say accutane has been great in keeping my acne away- completed month 5 and going into month 6.

I’ve enjoyed the care I have received with the providers at HoneyDew. Everyone is very knowledgeable and helpful. While I am still having trouble with my acne, my providers have worked to create a new individualized treatment plan for my skin needs. It is an affordable alternative to any dermatologist. Highly recommend!

Very very thankful for this company. I knew what i needed (low dose for longer term) and had previously been on isotretinoin, so coming into it with previous knowledge may have influenced my experience. That being said - the care coordinators and doctor have been nothing short of timely and accessible. One reviewer mentioned the platform being cluttered and difficult to navigate, and i have to agree with that. The website is not intuitive at all and the consistent popups about referring a friend, being an ambassador, etc really devalue the service as a professional medical service to me. However, i have nothing but positive things to say about the service itself, and im really thankful to Honeydew for helping me!
