Hi Joe, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your feedback is instrumental in helping us identify areas for improvement, as we are always actively exploring additional ways to streamline and expedite our processes to ensure a smooth experience for all our valued clients and partners. We apologize for any inconvenience that you may have experienced. Our goal is to extend coverage to as many clients as possible, but there are situations where we need to decline certain risks that don’t meet our underwriting guidelines. Regarding payment processing, our current protocol includes a waiting period to verify the clearance of checks for security purposes.
