They have auto shipping. As soon as I get low on my dogs medicine I don’t have to worry because u already have it shipped and I don’t do anything but just receive it from UPS. Which by the way is extremely fast too. Honest paws is a great company. Very good prices too.

I was initially disappointed that I was sent to voicemail rather than having an option to wait, but it was worth it. Antonio did return my call and was very helpful with my refund request issue. I wanted to return an unopened package since our pup had to be put to sleep before it arrived.

My beloved cat Morris died on February 22. I subsequently was notified that my auto-refill order of Honest Paws Well 125 mg CBD Oil For Cats was on the way. I contacted Honest Paws to cancel my subscription for auto-refills of the oil. Honest Paws Customer Experience specialist Genesis swiftly responded to my cancellation request, notifying me that I did not have to return my latest order of CBD oil. Genesis suggested that I donate the oil to someone with a cat who needed it -- a capital suggestion! Thank you, Honest Paws, for making Morris' final months more comfortable and more endurable. Great product that my fur baby thinks is a treat! Helps her rest better and seems to help with her aging, achey joints… not to mention how much it helps with her anxiety. She’s an eleven y/o Maltese who’s naturally very anxious. Easy ordering and fast delivery! Will definitely order again!

Information provided on the website was thorough. Shopping was easy and it arrived on time. So far so good. The treats seem to calm my dog and he pants less. I have not used the CBD oil yet as I wanted to finish up the one I’m currently giving my dog but based on his reaction to the treats I’m quite hopeful.

I tried the text option. No reply. I tried calling. No answer. Finally, I sent a message. And it was days before I got any type of response. That is terrible customer service. I was ready to order but could not get any help whatsoever
