Don't waste your money. Your own MD can tell you the same things they do. Prescriptions cost a fortune. They will not use insurance. The Doctor doesn't listen when you are trying to explain anything. She kept cutting me off.

I had an initial consultation and treatment plan. I selected and ordered 3 medications off that treatment plan. The next month I was charged all the medications recommended on that treatment plan costing me hundreds of dollars. I did not place an order for all the medications. When I contacted Hone, they said they would not give a refund due to the medications already being delivered. Be careful with this company and how careless they are with your orders and bank information.

Mixed experience—great medical start, but frustrating scheduling The initial process with this agency was seamless. Ordering the blood test and getting the lab work completed was very easy and efficient. However, the follow-up care has been a major disappointment. I have had my consultation with the nurse practitioner rescheduled four times now—always at the very last minute. Each time, I rearranged my own personal schedule to accommodate them, only to find out at the eleventh hour that they had moved the appointment again. To make matters worse, they do not ask if I am available for the new times. They just place the appointment on random days, completely ignoring the availability preferences I provided at the beginning of the process. While the early medical logistics were good, the lack of communication and disrespect for a patient's time makes it very hard to recommend them.

This journey has been nothing but frustrating. First - you cannot talk to a human in the phone. That is a big downfall. I ordered my test and tried to schedule my draw. Went through the process, logged back in later to check, and it prompted me to schedule again. Five times... I shipped a message to their customer support, eventually got a reply, and was told to "try again". Same result. A long while later, I got the same message. Magically it worked. Scheduled my blood draw, went in later to double check before adding it to my calendar, and the location had been changed. My only option was to reschedule it. I wound up having to reschedule my first appointment. I get the email 24 hours before as the reminder. Twenty minutes later I get a second one that my appointment has been confirmed for 5 hours later at 8:30 pm. It takes 12 hours to get any kind of non-AI assistant response, and all they can offer is keeping the appointment or rescheduling, which means another week wait. They cancelled my appointment. They randomly assigned me a new one. They think it is fair to make people wait a week plus if they cannot make the randomly assigned date. I choose to leave early from work, miss that pay, and keep the 8:30 appointment. I sat there waiting until 10:00 and no provider showed. There was no one to help or give assistance, just AI messages again. I am going on a little over a month since I have ordered my test, and I still have yet to see a provider. Hone says they care about women and their health, but this whole experience so far proves otherwise.
