I never received my order

I paid for tiles on 08/02/2022. Still nothing for over a month. No shipping information. No phone number to call. No response to messages on website or emails. Order on site says processed, but nothing. Requesting refund through Paypal.

Amazing tiles and amazing customer sevice I used it for our office renovation. It came out very grand.

Everything on time and great shape.

Missing some of my order

Love the tiles. They look better than even the picture on web. We have not installed yet but will be here soon. They are all wrapped well and appear to all be in top shape.

I am very pleased with my purchase from Hominter. My backsplash tiles are exactly what I want to make my kitchen truly one of a kind. I can’t wait to get started! My shipment arrived very quickly and, I believe, with no broken pieces. (I haven’t opened each box but the boxes appear undamaged.) Thank you for offering this original option, unavailable anywhere else!

The tile arrived today and it is absolutely beautiful! Just like it was pictured. I only gave 4 stars because of the communication problems with the company to start with. I am very please with the tile. None broken. Packaged very well.
