Kaylee Garcia-Diaz was fabulous to work with in resolving my issue! She was prompt with her responses and very well versed with both the product and the means to resolve my problem. Customer service in general can be challenging from the consumer side, but my experience with Kaylee was nothing but terrific!!!

I was looking over my credit card charges, and all of a sudden I see a charge for $599 from HomeSnap. I've never used it, don't really know much about it (although they send me marketing information). It seems like a scam to me, and I will be challenging the charge.

I would leave “0” stars if it let me. Homesnap is dishonest and poorly managed. They tricked me into a non canceling subscription, and are not even able to provide the services they advertise. Never use them it’s a waste of your money.

Beware of their lead generation, it's a scam. None of the "leads" have turned out to be any good. They label all the people that don't reply to them as "long-term" leads. Total BS and a waste of money.
