I needed a part for the spa immediately as a condition of closing the sale of my home. I sent a picture of the part and I had it in three days.

Easy online store front to handle purchase. Item was listed as in stock, but then part of order was on back-order. Didn't find out to later. When told it was on back-order (through email), I asked for estimated ship date (by email response) and no response (by email or phone) for several days until I had to finally call. Once called and talked to someone, still no answer.

Highly recommend them - I had a big order and everything they sent was perfect!!

The website said item was in stock, but it was not. My credit card was charged on the date of order, I canceled the order and have not received a credit yet.

It's been close to two weeks and still haven't received my order, no follow up communication. The website stated 3-5 days!!! -waiting game with no communication from producer to say when the product should be here!
