Precisely what I ordered, swiftly delivered

Great Experience

Ordered three items around Black Friday. Great prices. However, one week after the expected delivery date, still no confirmation of shipment. No reply from their customer service via email. Voice mail full. One day after this rating was posted and charge was disputed, the package was finally shipped. Items were well wrapped and looked great! Dispute withdrawn, all ended well, but the experience was less than stellar. I have updated my rating in response (from 1 to 3 stars).

That support and communication was more valuable than a store experience. Of course the website was easy to navigate and well organized. I changed all my dishes over 2 years from Scandinavian to Japanese. I love my new dishes and the experience of shopping at MTC Kitchen NY!
