The package was returned to the store, but the store did not refund the money. request (# 166910)
I placed an order on this site on August 5, 2026. Almost two months have passed since the order date, and I still haven't received the package. I checked the tracking number and saw that the package is being returned to the sender. I contacted support on September 2, 2026; they asked me to fill out an affidavit, which I did that same day. Since then, there has been no response. Here is the tracking number for my order so you can check it yourself: DHL: 00340434781892432260 request (# 166910)
