Due to their recent unplanned inventory reduction, the item I wanted was not in stock although it appeared to be on the Mammoth website. A couple of hours after placing my order I got a call explaining what had happened. I was offered a substitute product. It arrived sooner than expected.

As the saying goes, "You never get a second chance to make a first impression". We had a problem with our inventory management software, and it showed we had plenty of stock in an item we had no stock on. We understand this was a poor shopping experience, and understand your frustration. On positive note, the payment was refunded promptly, we offered to backorder the items and we contacted the customer very quickly.
Purchased some Kyosho parts and i was very surprised on how fast the items were shipped to Australia. Pricing was also extremely competative.

Mammoth is the best when ordering R/Cs. Easy to reach and willing to help in any way they can. The only problem I had is with FedEx and moma said ...if you don't have anything good to say, don't say nothing at all. Mammoth is the best and the only reason for 4 out of 5 is FedEx. Need a different carrier for 5out of 5.

I just recently placed an order for some RC truck parts for my SLASH 4x4. The prices were very reasonable and the service was A+! I'm even considering joining the HERD and getting bigger discounts. Seems I can get just about everything I need in one stop shopping at Mammoth Hobbies!
