When i applied for the hookup thimgs were amazing, it was nice to have a sponsor and get a good discount so racing is more affordable, but now with the increase in price everything is cheaper at local hobbyshops or from the brands direct website:/

I like the ease of searching, but seems every time you click on something it opens another tab on the browser, then if you close one of the old ones everything gets lost. Quite frustrating and annoying. Other than that, great prices, great service and quick shipping.

Got the screws I ordered for my sawback, but I was never notified when they were shipped, and where they were coming from, but I still received them in a timely manner. P.S., My order was shipped from Salt Lake City, UT

I had a lot of questions to ask when I was trying to place an order and there was no one or not even a phone number to talk to a person. I will not order from this place ever again. Customer Service is and should be number one with any company unless their trying to hide something.

Danny, Sorry for the bad experience. We are transition our customer service department so I'm sorry you could not get a hold of anyone. The phone number and email contact are listed on this page: http://www.hobbyrecreationproducts.com/aboutus.asp
I ordered a hop-up shock kit for my Savage XL, and a few days later I received an email stating the part was on back order. My money was refunded, no big deal, right? With so many online companies out there offering the same part you would think you would offer potential customers a discount for an error on your behalf. With that being said, I ended up paying more for the same part from another site which had the part in stock. Customer ID# 1663 Order Number is 2382, placed 03/02/2013 at 10:55PM

Purchased this as our first RC Car for my son for Christmas. When we received the car the box came without a charger. Not sure if this was Mammoth's, or Traxxas's fault. The box was shrink wrapped suspiciously, but may have been nothing but Traxxas not putting the charger in the box. Called Traxxas, and the sent me a charger right away.

Website layout and products in stock provide the customer with good choices in products and fair pricing. Shipping / handling and customer notification could be improved. 7 days have passed since the online purchase and no note of shipping, or actual package delivery received.
