Hosting bare medal service with Hivelocity was easy and quick. They had my machine up and running in just a few hours, and everything met my requirements and performed as well as said and expected.

On October 28th 2019 there was an outage at your Dallas Data Center. That would have been forgivable, since I had a backup/replica server running in your LAX Data Center. However, the outage in Dallas ALSO affected the DNS resolving to my backup server at LAX. This shows you have a single point of failure, which is totally unforgivable. I have since switched to AWS and would recommend everyone reading this do the same.

We've been with several hosting providers in the past. Hivelocity is by far the best ones. Why? 1. There are almost no downtimes 2. When there are problems - their technical support answers super fast 3. When they answer - they answer to the point and don't give the robotic answers 4. Their services aren't the cheapest ones, but certainly worth the price.

I provide tech support to this site and after bad experiences with two previous hosts I recommended that the owner transfer to a dedicated server at Hivelocity in September 2018. Since doing so, his site has been stable for the first time in a good few years. When support is required, the response from Hivelocity is quick and always expert. Highly recommended.

Great company but use CloudFlare for DDOS protection because their protection don't stop big attacks.

I have my company servers here. What can I say. The service provided is phenomenal and the quality of the tech support equally impressive. I am more than glad to have found them and have no plans on even touching another datacenter.
