Hi , regularly the response time for commercial matters could be faster, at least for us. Tech support is ok.

The hosting is pretty fine. However few times we’ve faced the situation when one of our servers was just switched off with no reason and no explanation. While in the logs it was clear seen the server was halted manually, they usually deny that. Overall the communication and support are good, however technical support sometimes does not give you specific answers.
