Been with Hivelocity for 6 years now and I cannot praise them enough. Whenever I had a problem or needed assistance, support would reply in MINUTES and always went above and beyond to help me fix whatever issue I was experiencing. The only downtime I had in all these years was due to a RAM module in the bare metal server that developed a fault and that too was diagnosed, replaced and fixed within minutes. Despite developing software with hundreds of thousands of users worldwide, never had anyone complain about the speed of the server and/or internet connection either, not even when new updates came out and everyone flocked to download them. Highly recommended, you will be in VERY good hands!

My developer suggested hivelocity when I was looking for a new server. I’m glad he did and I can see why. I’ve never had any issues, and better yet their customer service and quality of service has been outstanding.
