Arrived quickly, always good products that last!

I had ordered a LED lighting kit through Amazon and twice they sent me the wrong product. I contacted the seller (Hitlights) and within 30 minutes they responded to my complaint and sent me exactly want I had originally wanted. Hitlights customer service is top notch! Also after installing the product, I am completely satisfied.

Placed an order for five low voltage dimmer switches (cost >$600), expecting 3-day delivery (according to Shop.com). Seven days later nothing had arrived, so I called and was told I might not receive anything until a date that is two more weeks away. So it's actually more like 3-week delivery. I am currently waiting but wondering whether to try to cancel and find another solution.

Great products. Description of acceptable dimmer switches for my dimmer driver were not on website but a call to tech support answered my questions.
