What I love about Hirsch is their customer service and how they invest in the small business owners and community, they are more than just a furniture store!

Purchased my appliance at Umhlanga branch (Durban) using online service,thanks to online agents, they were very helpful in respect of advise for the product I needed. A lady called Nancy helped to finalise online purchasing and advised on Extended warranty, purchasing went smooth. Collection point did thorough check with me before I took the item, big up to them. Overall comment: I am happy with the team's customer care. Good quality product purchased and easy to use. I recommend them.
