My situation was probably unusual but Ariel fully understood and appreciated what I was trying to accomplish. She listened & understood, then suggested a solution that will work perfectly. She is totally professional and willing to listen to address the customer's need. Highly pleased with the solution she came up with!

Ordered two pepper spray holders. The order was delayed without notice, I finally inquired and was told that I had been "overlooked" in the notification that was sent out. When the items finally arrived, one was a perfect fit and the other was so tight it was unusable. Even with the tension screw removed it was non-functional. I contacted customer support and sent pictures. They responded and asked for more pictures. I replied with the additional pictures TWICE and never heard another word from them. The one product is excellent. So if you're lucky enough to get a good one it's great stuff. However, if you don't, don't expect customer support to help you out. A very disappointing experience. I thought way more highly of this company before.

It shouldn't take a week to ship out these items when they are in stock with so many other vendors.

HSG is the only laser cut molle thigh rig I could find. Its great. I give 4 stars because the Velcro attachment to your belt could be beefier. Thigh straps are great!!
