I’ve been waiting a month to receive my order and still haven’t gotten a shipping confirmation or update.

It was the worse purchase experience long wait and got the wrong size at the end

HSG products are second to none and I’ve been a customer for years. This review isn’t directed towards the products themselves, rather the lead time it takes to get a product directly from HSG. When ordering, it doesn’t say whether it is in stock or back ordered. There is also no indication when purchasing about any lead times. It took almost 13 weeks to get my items. I reached out to customer service around week 6 and was advised of the 8-10 week lead times on the Duty Tacos. They did offer to refund the order and directed me to one of their dealers that had items in stock, however because I was using a gift card for a portion of the purchase, I don’t know if that would’ve been refunded. I decided to give them the additional 2 weeks to fill the order, but that turned into 7 weeks. My only recommendation is that if you continue to offer online purchasing directly from HSG, I suggest that you add whether it’s in stock or if not, what the estimated lead times are. This way, customers are not surprised after submitting an order.

Thank you for your review, due to high demand for our products and a large influx of orders, we are experiencing delays in lead times, our factory is working overtime and trying to produce gear as quickly as possible. Quality gear takes time to build and at this time, orders may take up to 8-10 weeks for delivery from date of order. We do have the lead time that has been added to email confirmations. These work Great! Easy to weave, solid and snug attachment, stays locked.

The equipment is quality and made for duty.. The only downside was it took months to get it.. Must be in high demand
