The product is great. But the shipping lead times are horrible. I waited so long for just the inner belt I actually forgot I ordered it until it came in the mail.

If only reviewing the ordering process, it was simple. Knew what I wanted, who had what I wanted, and was able to work out an exchange that was prompt and accurate. Piece has arrived, but have yet to install or test it. Previous experience with Tacos would suggest that having pliers on hand during the installation would be very helpful

Worth the wait, great quality.... Fits the motorola radio perfectly, no way it can fall out accidentally.

Horrible! Not until after you have placed your order will HSG tell you that you should expect your order in 6-8 weeks. Very dishonest of HSG. If they are that far behind, they should communicate the 6-8 week wait at the point of purchase so the customer can decide if they want to wait before placing an order. Called to get an update at 7 weeks and they still could not tell me when my order would ship. Only after I told them to cancel my order and refund my money that magically within 24 hours my order shipped. Never again! There are other companies out there I will deal with and so should you. Unhappy Customer.
