Got my jordan shoes on time easy ordering ,was a little skeptical after seeing other reviews about not getting orders .however did recieve my package on time

I just ordered some shoes from hibbett sports and I didn't receive my package so I was issued a refund through route which didn't include the sales tax. So very disappointed with them keeping my taxes that I paid. This is not fair to the customers spending their hard earned money. Hibbett sports do better this is like out right stealing.

Horrible customer service. I will NEVER order from this company again. Ordered 2 pair of sneakers in Nov 2021and returned them both the next week because they didn’t fit. Received tracking numbers that they were received back to Hibbett. They swear they didn’t receive them. Even after showing that package was signed by one of their employees, they refused my refund. I will also be reporting them to the BBB.

I’m so upset and disappointed by hibbit sports!!!! Do not order from online!!!!!! I been waiting over 2 weeks after being told repeatedly I’ll have my daughter shoes before Easter! Although, the reps I spoke to appeared to be sympathetic… I’m still screwed. Do not order from hibbit online they will leave you stressed to max!!! Never again.

Worst online shopping experience ever!

I spend 1000s of dollars with you guys but can’t buy a launch shoe on launch day for years now why is it sold out before 10:01 wth I’m done never buying crap from this trash can of a sporting goods store Sincerely, Elizabeth bishop

I will NEVER buy from Hibbet sport again. I ordered a new pair of Jordan’s on Saturday and they were supposed to be here yesterday. Never got my order first of all, When I look up my tracking now it says no delivery day at this moment. This is a scam and I wish I would’ve read others review before I purchased!

If I could give 0 stars I would!! Long time customer here. Very unsatisfied and disgusted with the customer service I received today. Ordered a pair of Nike shoes for my husband back in September and we just found out today that one shoe is a 10.5 and the other is a size 9. He’s a 10.5 so of course the 9 is way too small! We’re the type to buy shoes and clothes and put them in the closet until we’re ready to wear them .. well Iykyk!! I read the return policy and being that it has been past 60 days since the purchase WE DID NOT EXPECT A REFUND! We only wanted to do an exchange, we would’ve even taken the correct shoe if possible! But was told we could not return them online nor in store and that there was NOTHING that they could do about it! Now we’re out of $160+ and stuck with 2 different size shoes that can’t be worn. Now my husband says we have to find somewhere else to buy our shoes from. They just lost 2 loyal customers and I’m sad because we didn’t buy shoes from anywhere else besides Hibbett Sports! THEY DO NOT VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS!
