I would like to retract my statement that I made earlier about Hibbetts customer service ignoring me. They provided me with the discount that I requested without notifying me of the discount. When I looked at the account that I used to make my purchase. I saw that they had already issued me a discount. Thank you Hibbett. My suggestion to Hibbett would be to take the time to notify the customer of changes made about the purchase.

I don't normally leave reviews, but when one is well-deserved, I will definitely make the time! I came in on a Friday looking for an outfit for my husband, and Ty was very welcoming and polite. He greeted us and asked if we needed any help or were looking for anything specific. He also let us know about the sales, discounts, and deals they had. He advised us that if we had any questions, we could reach out to him. While that may be the norm, what stood out to me was that Ty went beyond the usual customer service experience. He struck up a friendly conversation, and as I continued shopping, I found myself asking for his opinions. He was more than happy to help! Good customer service is hard to come by these days, especially when it comes to the younger generation, but Ty truly stood out. He was respectful, friendly, and professional in the way he interacted with customers. What impressed me even more was that he provided the same level of service to another gentleman who walked in after me. It wasn't just a one-time interaction; Ty genuinely seems to take pride in providing excellent customer service to everyone who walks through the door. Ty, keep up the great work! I hope to see you the next time I come in. Employees like you are an asset to any company, and you're definitely a good worker to keep around! Ordered my son mens jordan oreoz on Oct 9. It is now Oct 19 and his shoes went from a delivery date of Oct 13 to the 15th to "on its way" after showing the package arriving at stl distribution center on Oct 15th to "on the way to next facility" "arriving late" with no date. Why hasnt my package been tracked since arriving to stl from ks?????? No available tracking on usps website...ever! "tracking not available" Why would Hibbett transfer shoes worth over $200 to the usps from ups????? My childs shies disappeared after they made it to the stl distribution center!!!! Theyve been stolen and Hibbett hasnt sentvme a message concerning my package since my money was removed from my debit card on Oct 9th and it simply says "your order has shipped" It is now Oct 19 and "on the way to next facility" "arriving late" is still repeating since Oct 16th. Who stole my childs shoes and why isnt Hibbett aware that a customer hasnt received a package well over a week since ordering and this package cannot be tracked. I want my money back and Hibbett wont ever get a dime of it again!!!!

I will never purchase another product from Hibbetts store or online. Return process should not take this long and the store in Clarksville, TN is ratchet and ghetto. The store manager does not want to take any returns either so they will never get my business ever again. Send me my damn refund!

Hibbett online shopping has to be the biggest joke on the internet. After today I’ll never buy with them again. For the second time in a row they used my billing address for my shipping address an address I’m not longer at. The only option they give is to cancel the order after offering two day shipping even though I am on almost day 4 and the package still has not even been shipped they still don’t offer a resolution for the shipping although it is their fault. My advice is if they don’t have the item in stores do not take the chance of buying online. The company seems very unorganized. Not sure what the point of even using a checkout system if they automatically use the information from your electronic wallet 😒 but shop at your own risk just don’t want anyone to experience the un professionalism and inconvenience that I have

The most worst experience online shopping I've ever had in my life!!!! Not only did they take my money online order they never got delivered to my house nor could they tell me where a pick up location 🤔 never ordered from this place

I order a couple pair of sneakers like every month. Never had any issue with delivery they shipped my sneakers in 3 days I received them that’s great service.

The shipping said sent but USPS was still waiting on the package contacted them several times and all I get is we are sorry and know your frustration. I will never order from them again delete the app and won't go to the store . Avoid at all costs . Not worth all the hassle . Don't order from them you won't get it.
