I have no idea why this company has so many bad reviews. I ordered some sneakers and they shipped out the same day and are in perfect condition. Will definitely order again.

Hibbett and there customer service is an absolute joke !!! Very rude, wouldn’t even expedite the shoes that supposedly went missing through UPS. UPS stated they received an empty box/item missing. Now I have to wait for a claim to be filed !!!! Stay far far away from this place absolutely horrible

Tried to place an online order for several days from multiple different devices. Had to call customer service who promised I would receive a 25% discount. When that did not happen, customer service STILL would not help me or review the call where I was promised 25%. Terrible customer service from even the supervisors

I didn’t read the reviews until after I had already ordered so I was very nervous but I must say they kept me updated on my packages and it came the exact day it Was supposed too .. and my order was perfect no complaints

This is by far the Worst customer service I've ever TRIED to deal with or contact!!! Been on hold for over hour 2 separate attempts. Doesn't matter if you text, chat or BEG for call back, you sit on hold forever. Can't believe anyone should have this much trouble with what used to be a great company.

I received a pair of shoes and left shoes look it was the store sample, complete dirty. Unacceptable. I paid $80 plus dollars.

Order could not be found in system through tracking even by phone representative, even though a confirmation of order was found.

I ordered the Adilette 22 slide which sold out in seconds on the Adidas’s website during launch. I should have listened to the reviews and not ordered through Hibbet. My order came a day late no big deal. However they sent me 1 slide! Opened the box to find only the right slide and it was dirty on the bottom. I wanted these so bad and it was a huge disappointment. Could not send me a replacement since they are also out of stock. Returned the 1 slide. Thankfully they gave a return label and the customer service lady was super sweet. Two stars for the customer service and label.
