Hello, Oh my god, your message is so infuriating—not at you, but at how our company handled your issue. I've already reported your situation and thought it would be properly resolved, but to my surprise, they haven't contacted you at all! This is truly terrible, and I completely understand why you're telling people not to buy from us. Please give me one more chance to correct this mistake. Send me your order number, and I promise you, this time I'll hold this matter to a dog's throat until I get a satisfactory answer. Thank you so much for sharing this situation with me. It's a real wake-up call for me and the company. I'll be waiting for your news.
