Thank you for your review, however we do not recommend the sale or purchase of any regulated species products. As a store, our top priority is to comply with relevant laws and regulations and protect wild animals and their ecological environment. We cannot confirm whether the decorations you purchased are legal. And lions and dogs are indeed legally protected species. You mention that neighbors and friends like them, we understand this may just be a comment on their aesthetic appeal. But from the perspective of protecting endangered species and promoting sustainable development, we don’t want customers to mistakenly think that these products are indeed safe and compliant. In the future, we will review each product more carefully to ensure that it will not involve any relevant laws and regulations. If there is actually any dispute about your purchase, we will be happy to resolve it proactively. We sincerely appreciate your review, but we hope to give our customers a more responsible shopping experience. If you would like to purchase products with other themes, we will provide more legal and environmentally friendly options. Please understand our position.

We will carefully check the details of the case and thoroughly examine the möglich problem chain in the product and related production processes to determine the cause. At the same time, we will also learn from this lesson and strengthen product quality control and customer service management. If a similar situation occurs again in the future, we will definitely give you a better solution.

From your evaluation, we also see that we are not good enough in terms of product detail design and practicality, and there is still room for improvement. We will definitely summarize these suggestions carefully and move this batch of Zhizhihuo products to a higher level. At the same time, it will also guide our future product development to be closer to customer needs.
