Poor customer service and refusing to provide refund.
Started with Remmy in Dec 2025. In August 2026 I received my shipment and no medication was inside the box. I provided pictures of what was sent. I notified them and they said they would review my claim. They strung me along until September and they charged me and sent my September medication. I continue to request a refund but they kept saying they were looking into it. October 1st comes around and they charge me. I decided to cancel my subscription. They told they would refund my charge for October but wouldn’t refund my August charge because it was past the 28 day refund period. DO NOT USE this company.
