Anytime I have any concern about my plant or anything, the support is quick to respond and super helpful! I’ve never experienced this much support from ANY company. As a first time grower this has been such a fun process. Highly recommend this company and their products.

I have had problems with my Abby and am very pleased with the support team and their efforts to ameliorate any problems. I have dealt with both Jake and more recently Vee, and they have been great. There customer service has been trash in my option. I ordered 2 of them months ago and was never any mention of back order tell they took my money. Which seems really bogus and not trust worth. Sense then it's been moved back and they've totally just give you a computerized message. I'd spend the extra money and choose a company that values there's customers

All though I had to cancel my order for the 420 grow box for legal issues, the service I received from heyabby was exceptional. A full refund was received in short order. I hope the restrictions on using the 402 will be eased.

During this new journey, I have had the luxury of having Vee, and other wonderful cs agents to guide me. Their customer service along with their knowledge is top notch. I would recommend purchasing this My Abby to anyone. With their help it’s foolproof. 😉
