I didn't like how the site says the item would ship in two days and I'm still waiting on delivery. I ordered two replacement reusable seed cups on 2/7 and it is 2/16. How is something in stock but taking forever to get here?

I have had hey abby 420 for 29 days still unable to use because it came missing plant basket and sponges customer service sucks
