I ordered the OG and received it 6/19. Every time I would try to connect to my phone, it would load to 99% then stall for several minutes until it times out. I complained and took videos and they sent me a new circuit board for me to install. Same problem continues to this day. They told me to set up a personal hotspot, but all that does is allow me to connect to other devices like my iPad, but it has nothing to do with hey Abby. I’ve sent emails every day and keep getting informed that the engineers are looking at the issue. At this point (before the 30 day limit for returning the item), I plan to return it, which leads to another issue… Shipping was $99, but if I want to return it, I have to pay return shipping. That amounts to $200 to ship and return an item that never worked. Is this legal?

After reviewing your case, we found that our engineer suggested performing a connection test on a personal hotspot to identify the root cause. It seems this test hasn't been performed yet as you're unsure how to connect the grow box to the hotspot. Here are the steps to follow: 1.Set your mobile network to 4G and then enable the hotspot. 2. Press the grow box dial three times to enter pairing mode. 3. Find the "hey Abby-f976" device on the app and click "add." 4. Enter the name and password of your mobile hotspot to connect. This test will help determine whether the connection failure is due to a network issue or a hardware issue. Once we have the result, our engineering team will provide a solution. Regarding the return policy, if you are not satisfied with your purchase of a new Hey abby Grow Box, you can request a return within 30 days of delivery. I should have given this product a one-star rating, but I didn't because there are some decent components. The main issue with the product is the poor quality craftsmanship attributed to its custom-built pricing (made in a low-cost district of China). The door functionality is at the level of a Fisher-Price toy, and the entire item feels loose and unbalanced. The app consistently displays different readings than the humidity/temp smart sensor, making it impossible to set my accessories to operate at the correct temperatures with the smart outlet. Every accessory I own is from this brand, down to the non-magnetic camera, and none of them meet my expectations. Overall, it's an okay item, probably only worth about 25% of what they charge. Even after paying for expensive shipping, I've been waiting for some of my order for 3 weeks. It's frustrating that they didn't notify me about the backorder. Their customer service is lacking, but the videos with the guy answering some questions are somewhat helpful. It's clear that the company is all about the money and not the quality of the product or the concerns of the customers. The minimum warranty confirms this as well. If I could, I would return it, but I don't want to deal with the nightmare of their customer service.

According to our grower, your seed is ready to be transplanted into the cube foam sponge. Regarding shipping inquiries, all tracking numbers were emailed as soon as the items were shipped, and shipping ETAs are clearly listed on our product pages. Due to high demand, some items may sell out quickly, but we are working to restock them as soon as possible. Your comment that none of the products met your expectations was surprising to us, but we understand that every customer has different expectations. The difference in readings between the app and the humidity/temp smart sensor is normal, as the sensors are in different locations. We appreciate your patience and understanding. The shipping is very very very very very bad then they say the package was delivered but to someone else and make me go find it not good at all
