System had a leak and Hey Addy made fixing it easy. I emails support, showed pictures of the issue and they sent the required parts to fix properly

I received like a week maybe two of support. It is the most confusing software ever. Ask for help and you you are sent a tutorial instead of someone helping you. No physical support for new people. It’s great you created a system for advanced people, but what do we do as new people. Apparently nothing from this company. Can make the product but the support to help new comers to growing, it lacks severely.

No matter what they have the answers for anything you should come across

This is something I am so glad I purchased because I not only got results that where better then expected but I needed a lot of help along the way and I got it with step by step instructions on what to do. It's just to good to be true almost but I have the results that would make anybody happy.
